The Multitec 560 is a combined gas warning and measuring device. When used as a gas warning instrument it reliably and automatically detects gases which are toxic and hazardous to humans. When used as a gas measuring device it records and documents the composition of biological process gases.  As such, it is ideal for preventative inspection in work areas such as engine pits silage tanks, shaft construction, etc as it is able to detect explosive and toxic gases and ensure safety in the work environment.  The gas warning function (ExTox) records CH4, CO2, O2, CO, and H2S values and can be set to trigger an alarm at pre-set values.

The intelligent operator guidance optimally guides the user through the various functions of the unit. For example,  the Multitec 560 prevents switching between measuring ranges at critical gas concentrations.
